Contact Malta TourSanta Marija Tower
Saint Mary's Tower was built in 1618 as a Wignacourt tower, on Comino. Din l-Art Ħelwa has held it since 2002. It stands about 80 m above sea level and is visible from the Malta-Gozo ferry.
Family: With family, treat this as part of the day’s rhythm, not a separate mission. If energy drops, shorten the stop and leave room for a break.
Access: Treat this as a sun-exposed, uneven-ground stop. With reduced mobility, keep it short and close to transport.
Santa Marija Battery
An artillery battery built in 1715-1716 to protect the South Comino Channel. Din l-Art Ħelwa restored it and is listed as its operator.
A boat is required; verify the operator, return time and sea conditions before starting.

Elephant Rock
A sea arch on the east side of Comino, called Elephant Rock. Natural Arches places it near 36.0142 N, 14.3468 E, with a span of about 8 m.
Family: Works well as a short family stop. The key is distance from edges, shade, water and no rushed photo pressure.
Access: Assume uneven ground, sun and possible steps or descents. With a stroller or reduced mobility, choose the easiest viewpoint.
Santa Marija Caves
Sea caves on Comino's north coast, in the Chart 6 area of Notice to Mariners No 29 of 2025. The notice is for mariners, and boats approach this coast from the sea.
Family: This is for curious, confident travellers, not a mandatory family stop. With children, keep it short and set clear safety limits.
Access: Ground and access depend on terrain. With reduced mobility, do not assume full access without local verification.
Comino loop viewpoint
A point on the loop, with Blue Lagoon, the northern cliffs and open sea in view.
